Upload our music to YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram or other platforms.
Include our music in videos, advertisements, podcasts, films, games or promotional content.
Resell, share, redistribute, remix, reproduce or sublicense our recordings.
Register our music with Content ID or claim ownership of our recordings.
Use our music for business, public performances or monetised activities.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Purchased digital music may be downloaded and retained for personal listening, subject to the licence supplied with the product.
Downloads must not be shared, redistributed or used commercially.
We offer recurring monthly music subscriptions:
Birthday Songs Unlimited: AUD $10/month.
Christmas Songs Unlimited: AUD $11/month.
Subscriptions provide access to music included in the applicable membership tier.
Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. Access to subscription content is subject to the applicable membership conditions.
Subscription access does not transfer copyright or grant commercial usage rights.
Subscribers may cancel their subscriptions using the available account management options or by contacting us.
Cancellation and access arrangements are governed by the subscription conditions disclosed at checkout.
We do not generally provide refunds for change of mind on digital purchases or subscription payments.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights available under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws.
Schools, churches, choirs, teachers, organisations and businesses must not assume that purchasing or subscribing grants permission for public performances, concerts, recordings or other uses beyond private listening.
Where a product includes a separate licence expressly permitting specific school, church, educational or performance uses, that licence governs those permitted uses.
All other uses require appropriate written permission or licensing.
Our music catalogue may be updated, expanded or changed over time.
Any material changes to subscription pricing or conditions will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer laws.
