Refund policy
RETURN POLICY
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the
same condition that you received it, unworn or unused,
with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also
need the receipt or proof of purchase.

RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we
cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
RESTOCKING FEE
All approved returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee
which will be deducted from your refund amount.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect,
please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

Please include your order number, a clear photo of the
item and a description of the issue. We will work with
our production partner to resolve the issue and offer
a replacement where applicable.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify
you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your
original payment method within 10 business days, minus
the 5% restocking fee.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit
card company to process the refund.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed as production
begins immediately after purchase. Please review your
order carefully before completing your purchase.
EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you
have the right to cancel or return your order within
14 days for any reason and without justification.
Your item must be in the same condition that you
received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its
original packaging. You will also need the receipt or
proof of purchase.
